Product Display and Inventory

  1. GOLDEN ERA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS AND CONSULTANCY holds all the exclusive brand and development rights of UTHHAN.ORG
  2. GOLDEN ERA CONSUMER DURABLES holds all the product selling and payment reception rights of UTHHAN.ORG
  3. UTHHAN STORE reserves the following rights with Artisans:
    • Accept/reject/display a product after necessary verifications
    • Pricing of the product as per market standards
    • Type of products to be displayed
    • Cancel the Artisan tie-up without any further notice
    • Change / Modify the presentation and content of a displayed product
  4. Artisans must follow these clauses for product display and inventory:
    • Replacement of non-quality products as per customer request within 7 working days
    • Immediate replacement of products with different specifications from the purchase order
    • Provide catalogues with precise specifications (Color, size, shape)
    • Notify UTHHAN.ORG immediately when products go out of stock

Quality of Products

  1. Product quality is the sole responsibility of artisans
  2. Product copying (design/appearance) is the artisan's responsibility
  3. Damaged products must be replaced by artisans within 7 working days to the respective customer
  4. Artisans keep UTHHAN STORE indemnified against any loss, liability, or claim related to defects or misrepresentation

Product and Customer Policy

  1. Artisans must accept returns due to quality, damage, specification mismatch, or delivery delay
  2. UTHHAN STORE will inform artisans about the reason for cancellation
  3. Exchanges must be fulfilled within 7 working days of payment confirmation
  4. UTHHAN STORE will set product prices after expenses and market research
  5. Customer refund policy follows UTHHAN.ORG guidelines
  6. Artisans bear delivery costs for canceled products
  7. UTHHAN.ORG bears delivery charges for purchased products
  8. Artisans bear charges for exchanges due to damage or product issues
  9. UTHHAN.ORG bears charges for size/color exchanges
  10. Pickup point is the artisan’s registered address with UTHHAN.ORG
  11. Customer must follow UTHHAN.ORG’s cancellation policy
  12. All cancellations are subject to reasons stated in the product policy
  13. Product packing is the artisan’s sole responsibility

Cancellation and Replacement Policy

  1. Cancelled products will be returned to artisans within 15 working days
  2. UTHHAN STORE will share the cancellation reason and list with artisans
  3. Replacements must be made within 7 working days upon new order confirmation

Payment Policy

  1. All payments are collected via GOLDEN ERA CONSUMER DURABLES
  2. Artisans will receive payments via fund transfer within 15 working days of delivery
  3. No payment will be made for returned or canceled orders

Payment Policy for Bulk Product Delivery

  1. All customer payments are handled by Golden Era Consumer Durables
  2. Orders with more than 10 products are treated as bulk deliveries
  3. Verified artisans receive 30% of product value upon confirmation
  4. Remaining 70% is paid within 15 working days after delivery
  5. Other conditions follow the regular payment policy
